Does anyone know what the meaning of the neck slap is, that Johnny the Boy does when he's leaving the Halls of Justice? He said "See ya later Goose" <slap slap> "It's been a pleasure."
If anyone can let me know the significance of that gesture, if any, I would greatly appreciate it. I can't seem to find anything when I search online.
